Placing an order through my website or by telephone is deemed to constitute your acceptance of my terms and conditions.
Customer Service
If you are disappointed with the goods or service you have received from the International School of Vibrational Healing, please contact us at the above address with details of your complaint. We will endeavor to resolve complaints within 5 working days.
Returns and Refunds
If any goods are damaged when upon receipt please telephone or e-mail us within 3 working days and we will replace the damaged goods. Refunds will not be given.
Prices
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling. Prices of goods displayed do not include post and packaging. Post and packaging are added once you have selected the shopping basket, and then the Country for delivery. At this point you can still cancel your order if you wish to.
Tuning Forks
All tuning forks are made of Aluminum and are manufactured in the U.S.A. They are tuned to the note in the description of the goods within 0.25 percent.
Online Payment
You can pay on-line with a Credit/Debit Card, via PayPal. Select the shopping cart to add products to your basket. Use the secure process to pay.
Security Policy
Once your order has been processed your details are deleted. We do not keep your details unless you wish to open an account with us.
Delivery and postage
We are based in Wiltshire, UK. All orders will be processed and posted within 2 working days.
The postage will be only relevant to orders within the UK and Abroad. Please contact us if you require any special postage instructions.
Orders are processed within 24 hours.
Depending on stock availability our goods should reach you within 7 – 10 days. If there is a longer delay we will notify you. There is a quick special delivery post should you wish to pay extra for next day delivery providing we have your item in stock.
